An Introduction to my Diary.
Initial casual ideas quickly put down on paper often lead to bigger projects. I take a great deal of inspiration from daily events, ordinary objects, and individuals I face in the NYC subway, bars, laundromats, vacation trips, etc.
I wish for my audience to see the “behind the scenes” of my finished oil paintings. I want my work process to be seen, as that represents the factors that intrigue me as an artist and I do wish for my inner persona to be met, visually quickly as the ink motions on the below drawings and sketches.
